1. Exchange Policy

AIWAFT follows an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. Exchanges are available only for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Products

An exchange request may be considered if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product remains unused and untampered.
• The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and inserts.

Exchange Request Process:

• Customers must submit an exchange request within **48 hours** of receiving the product.

Complaint Link:

• AIWAFT reserves the right to review and verify all exchange requests before approval.
• Upon approval, AIWAFT will arrange a free pickup of the eligible product.
• Products found to be damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or tampering will not qualify for exchange.

Product Verification:

All returned products are subject to inspection. AIWAFT reserves the sole right to determine whether a product meets the eligibility criteria for exchange.

If the product does not satisfy the required conditions, the exchange request may be rejected.

Replacement Availability:

If the same product is unavailable at the time of exchange, AIWAFT may provide:

• A similar product of equivalent value, or
• An upgraded product of higher value, subject to availability.

No monetary refund shall be provided in such cases.

2. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

AIWAFT offers **free standard shipping across India** on all eligible orders.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally between **3–7 business days**, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking:

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers may use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Delays:

Although AIWAFT endeavors to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions
• High seasonal demand
• Courier operational issues

AIWAFT shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information,
• Customer unavailability,
• Refusal to accept delivery,

our logistics partner may attempt delivery up to **two (2) times**.

If the shipment is returned to AIWAFT after unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

3. Important Legal Disclosures

Dispute Resolution:

By purchasing products from AIWAFT, customers agree to first seek resolution through direct communication with our customer support team.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIWAFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
• AIWAFT’s total liability shall be limited solely to the replacement or exchange of the product in accordance with this policy.

Policy Updates:

AIWAFT reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official AIWAFT website.

The policy version applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the respective transaction.

Governing Law:

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
